OUR STORY OF
PROGRESS
In 2001, Brad and Karen were just two plus their black lab, Dixie, mapping towers and completing structural analysis throughout Northeastern USA with our home base in Boulder, Colorado. In 2004, they met Lowell Scarrow at a dinner party who soon became their first full-time employee and things took off from there. A beautiful office in downtown Boulder, 30 more staff and later, a fabrication facility with in-house construction to offer full turn-key tower services. In 2017, Structural Components sold our manufacturing and product arm to Perfect Wireless to focus on core strengths, engineering, field services and construction with 50 amazing staff members. As of April 2024, Brad and Karen have stepped away for future endeavors and have left the company in the willing and capable hands of Lowell Scarrow, Wes Culver and Ashely Liebel. Lowell Scarrow
OWNER
Has been with Structural Components since 2005. Construction has been a focus for Lowell with years of it spent overseeing SC projects across the nation. Hiking, fishing and being out of cell service is Lowell's MO when he finds the time to relax.
Wes CUlver
OWNER
Has been with Structural Components since 2007 and a tower industry veteran. Wes does as much work in the field as he does in the office. Fishing & Boating in Florida is only second to playing & coaching hockey... and watching the Bruins!
Ashley Liebel
Owner, General Counsel
With a J.D. from Southern Methodist University, and over 10 years of practice as an attorney, our General Counsel specializes in Contracts, Human Resources, and Compliance. Naturally she's a Dallas Mavericks and Cowboys fan.
Howard Rotchford
Director of operations
A Binghamton University graduate who has been with Structural Components since 2011. You can usually find our field services manager playing ice hockey & golf in Denver or rooting for his favorite team, the New York Rangers.

Over the last 12 yrs with SC, Jeff has moved from being one of our skilled field engineers to managing a bulk of our TIA related maintenance and modification jobs. A Wentworth Institute of Technology graduate who cant get enough of Bruins hockey
Julie Stebbins
Accounts Mgr
Having 7 years of Leadership Management experience under her belt Julie has been an excellent addition to the SC team. When she's not auditing accounts or organizing company outings you can find her (or not find her) exploring the Rocky Mountains with her pup Gamble.
