Why is ‘Structural Components’ the premier structural reinforcement provider in the tower industry? Because we prove our products work as designed. ‘Structural Components’ recently performed full-scale testing of their reinforcements systems as well as various Dwydag systems and production monopoles. These tests were conducted throughout the summer of 2006 at the “ASTEC” facility of the National Institute for Aviation Research in Wichita, KS. These first in a series of structural tests were conducted to advance the tower and monopole reinforcement systems being offered by Structural Components. By conducting these tests Structural Components is answering the most critical questions lingering within the tower industry. The preliminary results prove that Structural Components reinforcement systems don’t just work in theory, but that they work in real world applications.
